Message Well I've been Z less for about a year and a half. As some of you know I had my engine done by SGP, lost an exhaust cam and lifters on that one bank < 14000 kms. Well after a long battle I finally got at least some of the parts from SGP to redo the motor.

While it was out , the perfect opportunity to do some further upgrades. Complete engine disassembly, replaced rings, bearings, cam, lifters, valve seals, all gaskets, and had the heads and block measured to ensure everything was within spec.
This time round I did the EGR delete and throttle body water bypass.

Added MS manifolds, 300 Degree rails and 740 injectors. Went up a size in turbos from the JWT 530's to the JWT 700 with the .64 A/R.
Sent my tranny to SZ and had them build it c/w a high stall converter. Added a complete 3" SZ stainless exhaust, down pipes to the muffeler tips. I went with the less popular single ovals, but I like em. And does it ever sound good, a little louder than my old 2 1/2" Genies!! and they barked pretty good.
Replaced all the tough to get to rubber vacuum hoses with silicone

I did all the work myself so nobody to blame but me if it doesn't work.

It fired up right away, no coolant, oil, fuel, vacuum or boost leaks. no messed up electrical connectors. It pays to take your time and be thorough.

Dammed if I don't have to go out of town again for a couple weeks tomorrow. At least I have some hope at driving it this year!!
